    Product introduction and use

Our main focus is to provide high-quality MMA welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, MMA, that is, manual metal arc welding, which is a popular welding process involving the use of electrodes coated with flux to form a strong combination between metal parts. MIG or metal inert gas protection welding is a Use continuous welding wire and protective gas to produce high-quality welds. They are suitable for various materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

In addition to MMA and MIG welding, we also focus on TIG welding machines. TIG or tungsten extremely inert gas protection welding is an advanced welding technology that can produce high-quality welds and control heat input well. Our argon arc welding machine is designed for precision welding applications, including aerospace, automotive and manufacturing.

    How to use the product

1: Check the wire delivery wheel, first put down the button, lift the pressure wheel, and remove the shell. The wire feeding wheel inside has two slots, 0.8 and 1.0. Install 1.0 welding wire, put 1.0 faces out, install 0.8 welding wire, and 0.8 faces out.

2: Put the welding wire into the wire tray and remove the screws. Take down the parts inside, put the welding wire down, put the welding wire tray, and don't put the welding wire up. After putting it out, put the partition first, then put the spring, and then put the iron sheet in place.

Finally, take the screw and screw it three times. Don't tighten it too much, so that the wire plate can be fully moved.

Next, straighten the welding wire, pass the welding wire from the bottom, pass through the wire feeding wheel, and then pass the welding wire backwards. After the welding wire comes out from the front, press the pressure wheel, lift the button, and the welding wire installation is completed.

3: Take out the welding gun and put the welding wire through the welding. In the middle of the gun, put on the welding gun and twist it, and then connect the switch cable above.

Next, install the ground wire, adjust the function to MIG, buckle the welding torch switch, and start to rotate the welding wire. When the welding wire is sent to the muzzle, the welding wire comes out.

4: Put on the ground wire, pick up the welding gun, put the welding wire in the middle, and pull the trigger to weld.

5: MMA can also be used, and spot welding can be used. The function can be switched to MMA with one click, and the manual welding handle can be used. 3.2 welding rods and 2.5 welding rods can be used, and spot welding can be used. You can also use TIG, and the function can switch to TIG with one click.
